Can this disrupt our port systems?
No. eMPX integrates in read-only mode only - it cannot modify, delete, or write any data to your port management systems. It retrieves data the same way a pilot viewing a screen would.

Is this GDPR compliant?
Yes, fully compliant. We collect only operationally necessary data, provide clear privacy controls, and store data exclusively in UK/EU regions. Data Processing Agreements provided with every contract.
